- Participants are matched with community business and service partners based on abilities and interests, and are supported with job coaches.
- Participants develop a resume with the assistance of our Community Contributor Coordinator
- “Workplace Success” workshops run by West Toronto KEYS reinforces positive job skills, workplace social skills, and helps participants problem solve any work related issues

To empower adults with intellectual disabilities to pursue personal wellbeing through community inclusion and engagement in learning, social, fitness, volunteer and work opportunities.
WE BELIEVE
that neighbourhood opportunities for knowledge and work/volunteer/social experience are KEYS to the successful creation of strong vibrant communities, which include people with all abilities. KEYS provides both a physical place in which to meet, as well as community engagement.
